The Training & Legal Fund is administered by a Board of Trustees, made up of Trustees representing participating employers and Trustees representing the Union. The Trustees authorize benefit payments, resolve questions, and make rules to assure the Plan is fair to all. Their actions are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreements and the legal documents that describe the Plan in detail.
